Furby is a great toy, created by Tiger Electronics LTD, and distributed by Hasbro. Furby is a cute virtual pet that simulates a living creature. Furby is capable of speech in his own language as well as English. Foreign language versions of Furby are going to be available in the future.

Furby is also available in other forms such as plush bean bag Furbys known as "Furby Buddies". At one time, McDonalds was distributing plastic Furbys as part of the McDonald's Furby Happy Meal. 3rd generation Furbys are now available that have the capability of Deep Sleep. They also come in different colors!

What does Furby do?

Furby can speak, eat, dance, sleep, and give love! He has sensors all over his body that allow you to tickle him and pet him. Furby does not eat real food. Refer to the Online Manual for more information.

Furby costs 29.99 in most stores. There are some stores that sell him for a bit more.

Furbys come in many different variations. Stomach color, body color, eye color, mane color, and ear color are all variables that play a big part in which Furby you choose.

Can I train my Furby to perform tricks?

Furbys can perform tricks whenever you want. If Furby does something that you like, pet him on the back twice. Then, whenever you tickle him, he will repeat the action. He may not get this the first time, so keep trying!

Can I reprogram Furby?

There have been quite a few attempts, but there was very little success. Attempting to reprogram your Furby also voids your warranty.
