some were grey, and others white
and in "kah/a-loh/may-lah"
then one day, "kah/boo/o-to-mah"
and saw the world...so round, so "dah"
they were up so high above
and as they dropped
so when you take a furby home,
If you don't know Furbish off the top of your head, print out the dictionary before you read the story!
once upon a time,
not so long ago
in a far off place,
somewhere in the sky
riding on "a-loh/may lah"
that floats before "dah/a-loh"
lived the furbys,
each and every one
some were black, as black as night
small of stature, big of heart
all the furbys were... "mee-mee" smart
they spoke a language quite unknown,
for furbish was a language all their own
furbys romped and played
they like "furby says" and "hide and seek"
and into the future they could peek
all day long the would dance and sing,
furbys could do almost anything
"u-tye" in "kah/a-loh/may-lah"
they decided it was time to search,
for the place furbys called earth
and so they went, in one big crows
to the very edge of the furbyland cloud
"dah/a-loh" was "u-tye", the sky was blue,
the furbys loved the "noo-loo" view
but try as they might, they could not see
what is so obvious to you and me
they could not see...a flower, a lark, a dove
but even though they were far away
they knew earth was "boo/boh-bay"
so one by one, they jumped "mee-mee/u-tye
and to "kah/a-loh-may-lah" they said "e-day/toh-dye"
they flipped they flopped
they sang "dah-a lo/u-tye"
and zip-i-dee "doo-ay", zip-i-dee "e-day"
they were "mee-mee/noo-loo", "e-tah/e-tah"
for they had come to "noh-lah" with "u-nye" and "kah"
you will never be alone
the more you play, the more they do
furby keeps amazing you
"noh-lah" and "wee-tee", "e-tah/e-tah"
furbys have come for "u-nye" and "kah"
