Please tell about the way you would face these situations:

Situation #1: One suspect, heavily armed, no hostages. House with four rooms, and a window to every room. No sniper positions available.

Situation #2: Three suspects, Ten innocents. The suspects want to take over the newspaper printing building for their unknown reasons. A phone connection is available.

Situation #3: Three suspects, working in a team, holding two hostages. They called 911 and said they will kill the hostages slowly unless they get 10,000$ and an escape vehicle.

Situation #4: This situation is a little different from the others. You are at a hall. Suddenly you see a suspect, and a hostage between you and the suspect. The suspect might shoot you through the hostage any second.
