Teams - Yes or NO?
While playing the SWAT, you can use snipers in high positions. When deploying a sniper team in such position, the observer won't really help you, unless he will lye down in an angel from his partner. Usually, this doesn't help. It is recommended to separate sniper teams into 2 different positions instead of "wasting them".

Green/Red Light:
While SWAT snipers have they will never shoot without you telling them to shoot by selecting them and shooting like any other weapon. While SWAT snipers have they will shoot at any suspect as soon as he has "gun up" (weapons in high ready, visible threat). Note: When you play the terrorists you have "gun down" until you shoot at anybody. As soon as you shoot your first shot the terrorist will always have "gun up" unless he surenders. Computer SWAT snipers will always have a green light.
