Put booby traps and explosives at the good locations and get in the university before SWAT arrives. Pick up the throwphone when the SWAT bring it and demand food. When you get the food give it to the student hostages. Don't forget that the primary objective is to give the students the pamphlets so don't waste them! When the time comes, try to escape through the SWAT guards. Note that after you escape they will guard that place so the following escapes will have to take routes. Additionally, try to send more than one terrorist every time you send terrorists to escape, but don't send too many.
