The start of a dynasty, the creation of something unequalled for years.
While the first game in the series had no flashy graphics, cheap sound, and was somewhat standard.. That's what gave it it's strength.. It DEFINED a standard. Four warriors of Light.. Four Crystals.. Four evils of the elements... One big evil baddie behind it all, wanting what all evil beings want.. World Conquest. And you and your 3 friends are all there is to stop him.
Again.. it's a pretty basic storyline, and there's not much that's really outstanding in the game, other than that it defined the style of games, and was imitated time and time again.. And other games of the time couldn't hold anything to it, until the Super NES came around. But hey, it's still worth a play, to see where all the craziness started, if nothing else.. And Remember.. only you can stop the Chaos..
