Pokémon Underground~Gold and Silver

As many of you already know,the two new versions of Pokémon will be a sequil to the Red and Blue versions.But what many of you don't know,is that these versions take place into the future.Much has changed in the future world of Pokémon,such as there will be a clock,you can breed Pokémon,you might be able to cross-breed Pokémon,they're in color,and probably the best part of all,NEW POKéMON!

First off,the clock.Many Pokémon are nocturnal in the game,so you can only catch them at night.One new Pokémon so far that is officaly anounced nocturnal is Houndour,who is a Fire/Dark type.There will also be Pokémon that can only be caught during the day time.The clock is believed to go to the next hour ever minute.

Next,I will explain the breeding process.Right before you enter Goldenrod there will be a Breeding Center (Like a Pokémon Center).Here,you can breed and raise two Pokémon if they are the same Pokémon,but different sexes.Like if you have a male and a female Pikachu,you can breed them to get an egg.After about 1 hour of walking,go back to the Breeding Center and the old man should be outside in the pen waiting for your.If the two Pokémon have breeded,your will receive an egg!You can then either take your two Pokémon back or leave them so they will mate again.Hatched Pokémon start off at Level 5,but will have powers of both the mother and father.Some Pokémon can't mate,like Mew and Ho-oh.If you're having a hard time mating a Pokémon,mate it with a Ditto.If the Pokémon "It very excited" or "Has no interest in the other Pokémon" That means it can't mate at all.

"Oh wow!The Pokémon are in full color!" Not exactly.Nintendo used a little trick so they would still only have to use four colors to make up their Pokémon,but they just colored them in better.(Colors are still black,white,then two others.)But everything else is full color!The character's faces arn't white anymore either!

The new Pokémon are probably the best feature of all.From a small cute Togepi to a large strong Lugia,all Pokémon will be awesome with their new attacks,stats and images.There are a total of 100 new Pokémon,and both versions includes a different pic of each,including the first 151 too!!For example,in Gold,Pidgey is standing,in Silver it's sitting.Many English names have been released at Universal Pokémon Network!Just go to Gold and Silver than PokéDex.

But how are you going to use these new Pokémon unless you catch them?These are just three of the PokéBalls,which will only be made by Kurt after you bring him an Appricorn.After a day,return to recieve your Ball!!There's a tree above his house which has a White Appricorn,which Kurt can make into a SpeedBall.Use the SpeedBall on Pokémon that run away,such as the Legendary Dogs.

There is a new special divice in PKMN G/S(Need to find a new pic!).This will be a very important tool for your travels.It has a clock and calender to keep track of time and to see when special things are happening at serton times and places.It is a telephone that lets you talk to other trainers any time, any place!It also has a radio to let you listen to music and listen for broad casts of events and rare Pokémon sightings(radio option comes availible after answering a girl's quiz in the Radio Tower.)You'll also need to do a special task to get a rare Radio Card to wake up the only Snorlax in the game,...

It's official.You can't choose to be either a boy or a girl.Like before,you are a boy.But this time,your rivel is a girl,or a very ugly guy(lol).Shim is very evil,and even steals Pokémon!Shim'll even stole his first Pokémon from Prof.Elm!Most of his Pokémon will be Dark or Poison types too.

I've got the names of the first three towns and the Annon Ruins,and they are New Bark Town,your home town,Cherrygrove City,the 2nd town,Violet City,which has the Violet Gym and Gym Leader Falkner.The Annon Ruins are called the Alpha Ruins,as in Alphabet.


Here,we see "Gold"(Your character.He wants to be just like Ash and collect all the different Pokémon!) walking around in two different towns.First one,at night.Next one,during the day.The last one we see Gold walking on what is believed to be on of the many routes.


Here we see a new character who wants to battle Gold.While she sends out Pidgey,Gold sends out Elekid,who is the unevolved form of Electabuzz.You can only get one if you breed a female Electibuz with another Pokémon.

Here we see Gold walking around again.First picture,he is looking in Fruit Bearing Trees for Berries.Berries are one of the new items you can equip onto your Pokémon!At the beggening of your game,one is already attached to your first Pokémon.The Pokémon itself will use the Berry if it gets low of HP.There are also other Berries like the Paralize Berry,which cures your Pokémon when it gets Paralized.In the second picture,he is at the Time Capsule,or trading center.This is the place to go to to trade with people of the past who own Red,Blue and Yellow versions.Your can only trade the old 151 Pokémon and if they don't know any new attacks.


Here we see two vehicles which appear in the two new Pokémon games.These two screen shots which I got from Nintendo's PKMN G/S Preview surprised even me,for I have never heard or seen them before!The train goes through the city that's like Goldenrod City and Saffron City and the boat appears in Vermillion City and Olvine City.After beating the first Pokémon League,get a Boat Ticket from Prof.Elm to take a long adventurus ride to Vermillion City!

This is *Chicorita #152.It is a Grass type Pokémon,and is one of the three starting Pokémon you can choose from Professor "Utsugi"'s lab.
This is *Bellosom.It is a Grass type Pokémon and possible Poison type too.Instead of using a Grass Stone,try the rare Sun Stone you'll win if you get first place at the Bug Catchers event and use it on your Gloom.
This is *Cyndoquil #155.It is a Fire type Pokémon,and is also one of the three starting Pokémon.
This is *Totodile #158.It is a Water type Pokémon,and is the final third starter Pokémon.

This is *Wooper.It is a Water.It evolves into Quagsire.
This is *Quagsire.It is a Water type.It is very rare and can only be found in waters in deep caves.Evolves from Wooper.
This is *Ampharos.It is an Electric type Pokémon.Meerep evolves into Flaafy then Ampharos.
This is *Mareep.It is an electric type.
This is *Donfan.It apears in Mewtwo Strikes Back,and is owned by one of the new characters named "Pirate." it is the evolved form of Phampy.
This is *Elekid.It is an Electric type Pokémon and is the unevolved form of Electabuzz.
This is *Heracross.It is a Bug type Pokémon.Many believe it has something to do with Pinsir.
This is *Hoothoot.It is a Flying type Pokémon,and evolves into a giant owl.
This is *Ho-oh #250.It is a Flying type Pokémon and possible a Psychic type too.One of them can only be captured in the Gold version.
This is *Ladyba.It is a Bug type Pokémon.Evolves into another ladybug like Pokémon,but it looks more like a lady.
This is *Spinarak.It is a Bug type Pokémon and Poison type.Evolves into Aridaso,the red Spider Pokémon.
This is *Marill.It is an Ice type Pokémon and possible Water type too.It evolves into a Pokémon that kinda looks like a blue Wigglytuff.
This is *Sentret.I do not know what type it is yet.Evolves into Ootachi.
This is *Lugia #249.Possible an Ice and Dragon type Pokémon.Stars in Pokémon The Movie 2000.Only one can be found in the Silver version.
This is *Slowking.It is a Psychic Water type.Add a special King item to a Slowpoke and trade it!
This is *Murkrow.It is a Flying type Pokémon and Dark type.It was the first Actornal Pokémon known to the west coast.
This is *Togepi #175.It's a Normal type Pokémon.After receiveing an egg after defeatign Fulkner,it will hatch and be at L5,knowing only Growl and a new attack that makes Togepi fall in love with the oposing Pokémon.Little is known about it's evolved form.It only evolves when it truely likes you.Many baby Pokémon will only evolve if it likes you,such as Eevee.
This is *Sunkern.It is a Grass type which evolves into a big sunflower.It's name means "Sunflower Seed."
This is *Hoppip.A Grass type that can fly using the leafs on it's head.
This is *Suikan.It is one of the three Legendary Dog Pokémon,which you may never even battle!!
This is *Pichu.An Electric type which is the unevolved form of Pikachu!Don't you just love it?!It will most defelently be a favorite of many soon.
This is *Cleffa.A Normal type which is the unevolved form of Clefairy!This will probably be more popular for it's cuteness than it's evolved form.
This is *Igglybuff.A Normal type which is the unevolved form of Jigglypuff!People wounder what the spiral on it's forhead means.(Maybe it spins like a Poliwhirl does to put it's oponents to sleep.)
This is *Miltank.It is a Normal type and is the female form of Tauros.It's name means "Milk Tank."
This is *Blissey.It is a Normal type and is the evolved form of Chansey.Chansey,such as Togepi,will only evolve if it really likes you.
This is *Tyrogue.It is a Fighting type and evolves from a new type of Machop like Pokémon.This new Machop like Pokémon can also evole into Hitmonlee,Hitmonchan amd a new Pokémon,Hitmontop.
This is *Houndour.It is a Dark type,and EAGB says it will be some sort of rival to Growlithe.It evolves into Houndoom.
This is Doburu.It is a Normal type which draws pictures with it's tail.But where does it get the paint from?
This is *Sneasel.It's a Dark type which has extending claws.That's why it's called the Sharp Claw Pokémon.
This is *Scizor.It is a Bug and Steel type.You can only get it by equiping the Steel Coat to Scyther and trading it.
This is *Gligar.It is a Ground and Flying type,which is only found in the Gold version.
This is Kunugidama.It is a Steel type and possibly also either an Electric,Rock or even a Water type.EAGB has said that it may learn a new Selfdestruct attack called "Big Explosion".
This is *Apeam.It is a Normal type.You can also only find it on Route 29 by ramming trees using headbutt.
This is *Sudowoodo.It's a Ground/Rock type that is very rare.use the Squirtle water to make it mad and attack you.
This is *Steelix.Equip an Onix with the Steel Coat and trade to make Onix evolve into Steelix.To bad though,you have to chose to equip the Steel Coat on an Onix or a Scyther,...

WHO IS THE OVER ALL STRONGEST POKéMON THROUGH OF ALL 251?SEREBII!!#251.It has the special Grass and Psychic abilities which no other Pokémon has,and like Mew,it will only be given out as a promo Pokémon and can learn all HMs and TMs.
