Smucker’s® Oatmeal Cherry Cookies |
¾ Cup granulated sugar
½ Cup brown sugar ¼ Cup Smucker’s® Baking HealthyTM 1 Egg or ¼ cup fat-free, cholesterol-free egg substitute 1 Cup all-purpose flour 1 Teaspoon cinnamon ½ Teaspoon baking soda ¼ Teaspoon salt 1 Cup rolled oats 1 Cup dried cherries Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with vegetable spray. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, Baking Healthy and egg. Set aside. In another large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Stir into sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and dried cherries. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto the cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute and remove from cookie sheet.
