Amuro Namie was once the lead member of a Japanese group called Super Monkey's, being with Toshiba EMI recording company. She was with the Super Monkey's since the age of 14. However, recently, she switched to avex trax when she went solo. Now, the group Super Monkey's is call MAX, who sometimes still dances in the background in Amuro's concerts. Her producer now is Tetsuya Komuro, who is also with others like TRF, globe, and Tomomi Kahara.
