Hello all!!!

Great news!  My faith in the Lord has increased ten fold!  The story about how is not important it's
the message he gave me that was the real story here.
 

The Lord gave me a sermon in the shower....  This is what I said out loud to no one and will now
write to you!!
 
 

The song Missing Person by Micheal W. Smith has lyrics that go:

       There was a boy that had the faith to move a mountain,
          like a child he would believe with out a reason,
            without a trace he disappeared into the void,
             I've been searching for that missing person

And I thought...  DAVID!!  It's David!  And yeah it was david however, that person is in us all.  We first saw him if we gave our lives to him when we were children.  When I was four or five I gave my heart thinking that I would actually give him my heart and would wake up in the morning dead b/c I would not have a heart. It shows that we must die in our old ways and be born into new ones. The hard part is giving up our old ways.  And I know.  I've had trouble with that until recently.  Lust, being the main idea and dedication and wieght I put on sports.  Anyway, I've been searching for that "missing person" and I think I've found him and I pray that I will not forget who this new me is.  I like him.  You need to find him too.  How do you do that? The answer is this:  You must first forget all the sin you have committed against God and forgive yourself.  A good way is to write all the sins that are between you and God in a list.  Pray to God (I know you think he won't hear but he will!) Ask for him to take these sins from you and that you cast them on him. Get a lighter and BURN it!!  Pray again and ask forgiveness for the sins you have cast on him and ask to be dressed in a white robe again.  Next comes the fun part....  You purge your house of all things that separate you and God.  Music that go against the teaching of God....  The posters of girls that have ummm....  lustful attraction in your life, things that you love more than God such as hobbies like Role Playing games or games where the devil is involved. i.e.. Diablo  for those who know what I'm talking about.  You might wonder why?  Because if these things are still in your possesions the devil will tempt you and belive sometimes he can sound so convincing.  Next is yes you guest it more prayer!  Ask him to take these things that keep you apart and fling them into the darkness of hell where they belong.  Now ask him to come into your life and take control.  Take over everything.  You must want to be free in order for this to work otherwise you will only get a quick fix and God's will, will not be done.    You will notice the change in awhile or right away... who knows but you and God.

    Next thing I wish to address is: Why are youth camps always a good place to get reacquainted with God only to go back home and fall away again?  The answer is people who run the camp and come out to be councilors are hot for the LORD.  Churches world wide have become cold for the LORD and are about to be spewed into the darkness.  We must move with the power and authority of Christ Jesus.  If he is with who can stand against us.  We must band together under the flag of God and move in his name.  We must cleanse ourselves to be clean in the site of God so that only his will be done.  This is a constant struggle.  We will sin and we must come back into him.  Now we must set out to carryt the word and love of God!  We must not slow down or be distracted lest we forget our mission.  We must do everything humanly possible to get more people into the light where we ALL belong.  We must depend on the LORD to tell us where to go and what to do.  We sit in our pews and we sing the songs and we pray the prayers and we are not hot for the LORD.  If we were hot for the LORD we would go out and say to people, "come and attend our church." no matter who it is.  God loves the homeless bum just as much as us.  "Things you do to the least of my brothers you do to me."  I know I'm rambling and changing subject all the time but bear with me

.  It's taken me many years to ge this far hear me out for mine and your sake.  I plead with you.  Don not hide your feelings or thoughts about god.  To hide them is to farther separate ourselves from the one we were designed to know and depend on!  If you are feeling lost and need some direction or if you don't know the LORD and want to drop me or my friends a line.
