All you have to do is fill out the application form and scan a few of your best photographs / digital images (at least one portrait, a full length shot and a swimsuit photo, for best result), send it to us by e-mail with all your information ( You can also upload you pictures to Yahoo Photo Album, apply for a free account, upload your images, and then send us your login name and password, so that we can pick them up).
