I started IRCing about three years ago at the begining of college. For quite some time now I've been IRC. I've been labeled an "addict" because some people think that chating online for a couple of hours a day or night is too much. After about three years of IRCing I tone down a little bit i got other stuff to think about like food and sleep. hahahaha.. The IRC nets. short description with their respective links EFnet Eris Free NETwork is the mother of all IRC nets. It was formed in 1988 by Jarkko Oikarinen. This URL is the Official Efnet page. Undernet is the second largest IRC net. Undernet is my favorite net, because it is less crowded than Efnet and the Channels are registered with the X and W bot in them.
