When I was a boy, I hated going to church. To be honest, it still ain't tops on my list of entertaining pasttimes. But back then it bordered on torture.
To help pass the time, I and my cellmate (my cousin) would play "quiet" games. I know our parents wanted us to pay attention to the sermons, but in our eyes, it was either playing games or carving tally marks in the pews.
They should have thanked us for being so reverent. Yeah, they should have thanked us! Games were just the only way we could cope with the burning sulphurs of boredom.
Accident? Hmmmm. Maybe it was...
