The Law Firm of Ingles Laurel & Salinas ("the Firm") was established to address the safety concern and legal requirements of foreign investors in the Philippines.
The Firm's current concentration is care for the interests of Japanese investments into the Philippines.
Although the thrust of the Firm is legal service, it likewise provides advisory services to investors in the fields of project development and representations before government bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Central Bank, the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation, the Board of Investments and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
The clients of the Firm have varied interests. They are manufacturing enterprises in the fields of computer software and hardware, food processing, garments and car and industrial components inside and outside the export processing zones. It has established and continues to serve joint venture construction companies, real estate development companies, trading companies, real estate development companies, tourism businesses and related businesses. It also serves as legal adviser to the Japanese Embassy in Manila.
The mission of the Firm is to serve the country first. It commits to bring in as many foreign investors into the Philippines.
