Compatiable Persona:
It is very important to equip the BEST compatiable Persona class on each characters. Not only do the SP used would decrease, you'd gain more mutation rate (learning new magic, morphing ability, etc.) much easier. Tatsuya's data was based on Innocent Sin's...I'm not sure if there're difference. Since in "Innocent Sin", there used to be a "BEST" compatiable (better than just "Good").
