Homepage Updating
Updated weekly (at least as it's planned to), this page seems to be
the most unreliable source of information about C-06. Yet, it's the only
source of one on the Web anyway. Should it not reflects the real situation
of C-06, it's just because of bad CRC (C-06 Regional Communication).
Updating Protocol
To those who have the member name and password of this homepage in their
hands, you have every right to edit it. But of course, there are some rules
that must be followed to avoid collisions. So, why don't we use the CSMA/CD-like (listen first, then speak) protocol?
Check if there is "(BEING EDITED by who)" flag after the "Welcome"
title
If it's there, someone is currently editing, try later at a randomly chosen time (reload often)
If it isn't there, you can begin editing right away
Before you begin, write the flag as above and save the document
Don't spend too much time while editing
When you finish your editing session, remove that flag and save the document again
Don't forget to update the "Last updated" information
