so what am i doing to stay in shape or sometimes (after the lazy times are over) to get back into shape?

simply everything that combines fitness with fun. (e.g. blading, gym, golf)

// dancing \\

in my humble opinion dancing is the best way to stay fit. dancing in clubs, discos or even on parades is fun and i love it.

// martial arts \\

i did martial arts and especially tae-kwon-do for a long time. unfortunately i am currently not able to exercise on a regular basis due to my studies, which make me moving betweeen different cities and countries.

i am keeping the level by exercising with some friends or by myself.

i am a technology and information fanatic - and proud of it ;-)

i love everything that has to do with high-tech, gadgets and the fast paced internet world. without exaggeration i think i can call myself a member of generation-@.

don't get me wrong, i am not a geek or something like that.

not long ago i discovered my interest in webdesign and as you can see i am doing my first steps. i am planning to have a flash animated site up soon. until now i am just playing around with the tools a little bit. for a preview have a look at my designpage

like stated before i consider myself a member of the generation-@. combined with my interest in business and my studies i developed a strong interest in the new media area of business also known as e-business.

nothing is more exciting, than the business world.

i love to watch the daily soap of businesses and industries struggling to be the number one or just to survive the capitalistic jungle.

actually the typical prejudice about roleplaing gamers is, that they are immature freaks living in a fantasy world without any link to the real world.
