PARENTS
Before he retired, Pa used to sell leather products like handbags, shoes and wallets. Mom is still a housewife.
Mom first met Pa when she was about 16 years old. Pa was her brother's friend and had been invited to her place for a visit. It was not exactly love at first sight, but Pa was very persistent.
They married in 1972 and I was born the following year. Mom told me she had a hard time being pregnant with me. Things were easier when she had my sister, who was born two years later.
