Sin City is by far the coolest comic out right now. There is currently no better writer or artist working in the comics field (or any, for that matter) than Frank Miller. He is simply the master of mood and scripting and his use of shocking brutality and graphic images is unparalleled.

This is Marv, probably the one character who characterizes the city he lives in. Rugged, rough, and intimidating beyond belief. Pick up the Trade Paperback or scour for the back issues and read it.

The series are done by Frank Miller, author and artist of such comic book classics as The Dark Knight Returns and various Daredevil comics. The man knows how to tell a story without compromises and his zealous stance against censorship in comics or any medium is evidence of this.
