ABOUT ME

Hometown: Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. It's the home of Central Michigan University.

Real Occupation when not surfing on the net: I'm a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. I've been in the AF for 17 years and in computer maintenance the whole time. Mainframes, minicomputers, PCs, and sometimes a toaster for the Commander.

Places I've been stationed:

Technical school at Keesler AFB, Missippi. Don't want to go back.

NORAD Cheyenne Mt. Complex in Colorado Springs for 4 years. I worked in the computer lab

repairing the bad circuit cards and peripherals. Yes, I was a mountain mole.

Misawa Air Base in Northern Japan for 8 years. I repaired mainframes and minicomputers.

Excellent assignment, that's where I met my wife. While I was there I took 15 semester hours in

Japanese from the University of Maryland.

Boerfink Mountain Top Kaserne Germany for 1 ½ years. Ran a PC repair shop and oversaw GTE

contractors. Did a lot of touring. Great beer. I finished my associates degree there.

RAF Croughton England for 1 ½ years. Repaired PCs for the base and installed new equipment.

I did a lot of touring there also.

Presently at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma. Supervisor for the AWACS computer maintenance back shop.

I'm working on my Management/Computer Information Systems degree from Park College.

Hobbies: Fishing, computers, and reading.
