Usagi (Serena) was talking to Motoki's sister Unazuki (Andrew from the arcade's sister Lizzy). Unazuki asked Usagi if she had ever kissed Mamoru (Darien). Usagi blushed (because has), but Unazuki misunderstood and thought Usagi was embarrased about kissing! Unazaki said she had never kissed a boy and Usagi was shocked (since Unazuki was older than her). Unazuki said: "I want to make the first kiss very important, with the person that I really love, at the best time and best place. Until then, I want to save it. Isn't that what everyone thinks?" Haruka and Michiru were at the same cafe and overheard the discussion. They laughed because they thought Unazuki was very naive, but they also thought she was cute.

Later Kaolinite's daimon stole Unzuki's pure heart. Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune had been following Unazuki because they thought she might be a target and they chased after the daimon. Meanwhile Usagi and the other girls came to Unazuki's house for a visit because she had invited them earlier (Mako said she wanted to clean Motoki's room again!). At the house they found Unazuki and realized that her pure heart had been stolen. Without her pure heart, Unzuki's dream became warped and she wanted to kiss anyone, even Mako (Lita)! Raye used her akuyro taisan seal to restrain Unazuki. Ami tried to use her computer to locate the pure heart crystal but the computer could only give an approximate direction. The girls split up to search for the stolen heart.

Sailor Moon found the daimon at a scrapyard, fighting with Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask destroyed the daimon, but then they had to fight against Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune to get the crystal. Sailor Moon said Unazuki would die if she didn't get her pure heart back, but Uranus and Neptune said their mission was more important and some sacrifices would have to be made. Finally, Sailor Neptune grabbed the pure heart crystal, but it wasn't a talisman so Uranus and Neptune left.

The girls went back to Unazuki's apartment and returned the pure heart to her.
Mako said, "Now we don't have to worry about her kissing just anybody."
Minako said, "Yeah, a kiss is something that you have to do with someone that you love."
Usagi tried to sound mature about it too. She repeated something she had heard earlier saying, "In Italy, when a boy and a girl kissed, they had to get married. That's how important a kiss is."
Minako said, "Usagi-chan, isn't there someone who is always doing that very important kiss?"
Usagi tried to play innocent.
Ami said that they should all get back to studying.

After that, Usagi went out onto the balcony to talk to Mamoru . "It's good that Unazuki-chan recovered," said Mamoru.
"Yes," agreed Usagi, "Also Unazuki-chan's important dream was protected."
"The first kiss," commented Mamoru.
"Unazuki-chan's dream is wonderful," said Usagi, "and I'm happy that I'm the one who got to protect that dream. Mamo-chan, do you remember our first kiss?"
Mamoru started to sweat. "That's.. umm.."
"Mamo-chan, it can't be!?" wailed Usagi, "You don't remember?"
Mamoru said, "That's... it's ok..."
"No, the first kiss is important!" said Usagi.
Mamoru tried to change the subject, "Look, the moon is very pretty tonight..."
