Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon
Queen Beryl: See the Villain Leaders page.
Jadeite (Jedite): The first of Queen Beryl's four generals. Was put into eternal sleep by Beryl when he couldn't defeat the senshi.
Nephrite (Nephlyte): The second of Queen Beryl's generals. Didn't believe that there was good in himself until he fell in love with Naru, and she showed him that there was. Was defeated by Zoisite.
Zoisite: The third of Queen Beryl's generals, and probably the most evil. In the Japanese version she was a he. In love with Kunzite. Put into eternal sleep by Queen Beryl for going against her wishes and killing Mamoru.
Kunzite (Malachite): The fourth of Queen Beryl's generals, and the most powerful. Was in love with Zoisite. Queen Metalia: Queen Beryl's advisor, and the main source it seems of her power.

The Four Sisters (from left to right).
Beruche (Birdie): The second youngest of the four sisters. Equivelant power to Sailor Mercury.
Karaberas (Avery): A very vain member of the four sisters. Equivelant power to Sailor Venus.
Cooan (Catsy): The youngest of the four sisters, her power was Dark Fire. Equivelant power to Sailor Mars.
Petz (Prisma): Always fought with her sister Karaberas. Equivelant power to Sailor Jupiter.
The Wiseman: Rubeus's superior, helps him. Turned Chibi-Usa into Black Lady. Wants to destroy Crystal Tokyo. Prince Dimando (Prince Dimond): See the Villain Leaders page.
Safiiru (Saphire): Prince Dimando's brother. He and Esmeroodo both loved Prince Dimando and hated Sailor Moon. He believed that The Wiseman was manipulating his brother, The Wiseman attacked him so he went back to the past to see Petz. When he went back to the future The Wiseman killed him.
Esmeroodo (Emerald): She took over after Rubeus was defeated, was in love with Prince Dimando and hated Sailor Moon. She was killed by Sailor Moon.
Black Lady: The Wiseman turned Chibi-Usa into Black Lady by makeing her belive that no one loved her. But Neo-Queen Serenity showed her that she was loved so she changed back to Chibi-Usa.

Kaolinite: To be honest the only episodes I have seen with Kaolinite in them were in raw Japanese (I don't speak Japanese), so I don't know exactley who she was to Proffessor Tomoe, but his lab assistant, and partner in evil. Until of course she was killed by the Senshi. But then she came back, and just lived at the Tomoe's.
Eudial: Eudial was the first of the witches 5. Unfortunately she had an enemy in Mimete who did things like put tacks in her shoes. And killed her by takeing the brakes out of her car.
Mimete: Mimete was the second of the witches 5, she has a sometimes annoying high pitched voice and a weakness for fine men. Her downfall came when she projected herself on a large screen television and Tellu came and pulled the plug.
Tellu: The third of the Witches 5 she only lasted 1 episode. She loved plants, and stole people's heart crystals by selling them cheap, cute plants that would take them. She was attacked by one of her own monsters.
