Title: Wakaki monpe shoujo no nageki (Sigh of a young girl in work pants)

Kaoru-chan was upset seeing all the garbages littering along the riverside, and she was scared shaking by a man who just thrown a beer can onto the sidewalk, as if just being upset is not enough. Buurin, who caught this sight when she was heading for school from high above, came down and kicked the dude's butt with Buurin Punch and Buurin Kick because she was in a bad mood. Kaoru brought Buurin to the riverside showing all the garbages left there, and says she want to get the whole class to help clean it up after school, although unsure if there'll be any support at all. Buurin had been thinking about Kaoru's ambitions all the way to school, where Karin found out that she was still in pajamas.

Kaoru was shy as always during the class meeting, and hesitated to the last minute to raise her proposal, which was turned down because nobody had time for it. With no one helping Kaoru have to go about the cleanup all by herself. Karin got hit by a tennis ball during the tennis session, when the idea of sneaking out as Buurin crossed her.

So Buurin went to the river looking for Hidaka, only to find a girl in work pants greeting her. Buurin was exceedingly surprised when she saw it was Hidaka in the outfit. As Buurin started her work with Buurin Boomerang and Buurin Tail it only made things worse which makes Kaoru sad. Buurin's next try with Buurin Vacuum seems to work fine, until she got hit head-on with a big rock. At last Buurin and Hidaka settled on using simple tongs for their undertaking.

Kuroha captured Karin on her way back to school with a huge racquet for questioning her being missing. Karin led Kuroha to the riverside, showing her all the litters in an effort to explain Hidaka's effort. Karin said that Kuroha is selfish when she blamed democracy for her lack of actions, which angered Kuroha big time. She raced off, then back with gadgets like electromagnets, giant rakes, and incendiaries, more in an attempt of showing off than sincerely trying to help. By sunset Hidaka and Kokubu had cleared out a lot of garbage. Another passer-by tossed a pop can on the ground. This time Karin flung the can back at the dude and knocked him down.

That night Karin was cleaning up her room when she talked about Kaoru with Ton-chan. Ton-chan hit a wrong button which sent the vacuum cleaner flying then bursting, making the room all messy.

The next day they erected signs along the river bank, but the signs were vandalized before the day ended, making Hidaka really depressed. Mizuno didn't seem to get a clue even though all of Hidaka's friends were talking about it. So Buurin went to Mizuno, clued him in, and asked him to console Kaoru. Mizuno's soccer talk were somewhat off topic, but he did manage to cheer her up, and Kaoru was once again cleaning up the riverside happily. A third passer-by threw a lit cigarette butt into the bushes and lit them on fire. While Hidaka went to find the butt she was tripped by a pop can and fell.

Kashiwagi saw smokes coming from the river when Mizuno was calling on his team to join Kaoru's project. Kashiwagi ran to the tennis girls with the news who then all ran off, except Karin who got tied to the fence. With no one in sight, Karin opened the Tonpact to see Kaoru trapped in fire, and transformed to her rescue.

Buurin lifted Kaoru from the fire, handed her to Nanako-sensei, then puts out the fire with Buurin Screw Water. When Buurin heard the cause of the fire she bawled out on the cheering crowd. Just then Kaoru stepped in and wanted to tell them herself. The crowd seemed to be happy to help out after listening to Hidaka.

That night Karin was once again cleaning up her room with Ton-chan. Karin said that she would get lots of pearl for what she did, but there were none. It was Ton-chan who hid the pearls until she's done cleaning up. The vacuum cleaner sucked in a cushion which sent the vacuum cleaner flying and bursting once again.
