Infrared

Bridge

A train tressel that wasn't visible until recently when a new overpass was built. Look for it from the top of the overpass when turning west on Frankford off of I-35.

Fireworks

Nothing special here, just an old fireworks stand. ...but, I sure like what a red filter will do for the sky / clouds. Here I used a 25a w/ Kodak Infrared

Shade Tree

This is a tree on Woodlake Lake, Greenbelt Park, in Carrollton, Texas. It’s about 2-3 miles from my home. …and the same 400mm lens I’ve grown to like a lot. Same picture in B&W.

Progress

This tree and barn are / were just a block away, but were bulldozed two days later to make room for a new school. It's terribly overexposed, but I kinda like the result. Same photo in B&W.(Ilford XP2)

Marker

I like what you can do with IR film, and the way you can play with light and shadows. This is at the Fernaux Creek Cemetary.

Small Monument

No, this isn't the Washington Monument. This too is from the Fernaux Creek Cemetary, and can be seen in the background of the proceding picture. None of the pictures on this page are more than a few minutes walk from my home.
