Meeting Cancellation

Hello everyone,

Updated from the May 14^th meeting.

Mary Scalise was the only volunteer for the Vice President position.  There were no volunteers for the Secretary position.  Because there was only one person seeking the Vice President position and no volunteers for the Secretary position, it was decided a voting meeting would not be required.  Mary Scalise was appointed the new Vice President at that meeting, effective immediately. 

The executive board would like to thank Evelyn Galiano-Putnam for all of her time, efforts and helpfulness on behalf of this community.

Therefore, the June 5^th, 2001 meeting has been cancelled. 

Due to the unfilled Secretary position, the board will approach individuals from within the community to help out and become the Secretary.
