Sonnet VIII gallery Usagi and Mamoru

When Usagi and Mamoru are together, they shine. You can see a different glow around them. She is calmer and happier, and he becomes softer. A real couple is that, two people that when together become better persons.

When they are enjoying their free-of-fight time, Mamoru spoils Usagi. He buys her whatever she wants, and will do almost everything to keep her smiling. Even Chibiusa once warned him about it.

But who could not love to be spoiled by him, or who could resist the overwhelming joy of Usagi?

Sonnet VIII

Music to hear, why hear'st thou music sadly,
sweets with sweets war not, joy delights in joy,
why lov'st thou that which thous receiv'st not gladly?
Or else receivst with pleasure thine annoy?
If the true concord or well-tuned sounds
by unions married, do offend thine ear,
they do but sweetly chide thee, who confounds
in singleness the parts that thou shouldst bear.
Mark how one string, sweet husband to another,
strikes each in each by mutual ordering;
resembling sire and child and happy mother,
Who, all in one, one pleasing note do sing.
Whose speechless song, being many, seeming one,
sings this to thee, 'thou single wilt prove none'.
