Aa! Megami-sama was originally a manga created by the manga
artist/writer Fujishima Kosuke, and was later turned into a five episode
long anime OAV series in the period 1993 to 1994. The series is about
the love relationship between the ordinary college student Morisato
Keiichi and the goddess Belldandy, who are brought together after Keiichi
accidentally phones the Relief Goddess Office while trying to call
a restaurant, summoning Belldandy.
Belldandy grants him one wish, and since Keiichi has a problem of getting a steady girlfriend (because he is a bit short), he wishes for someone like her to stay with him forever. She (mis- i don't think so)interprets this as Keiichi wanting HER to stay with him forever; she is now bound to be with Keiichi forever, or at least until God-sama terminates the contract...
The show develops from this point, introducing more characters and generally
being a very sweet, romantic and funny series. The BEST for me!!!
