Business Proposal (Part 1)

"It's almost complete!" Norman said aloud to himself. Norman had been working for days trying to fix his glider after an encounter with Spider-Man a few days back. "Cursed web head" he thought as he recalled the past battle that nearly destroyed his glider and almost killing him in the process. Luckily Norman had made it back to his secret hideout on the docks the remaining power in the gliders power cell.

"Now that that's done, I can work on creating more pumpkin bombs for my next run-in with, Spider-Man!" Norman said as he put on his goblin mask and jetted out of the building's skylight on the newly fixed glider.

"What I need now are parts," Norman thought to himself as he flew over Manhattan in search of a place with what he needed.

"Put'em up!" Norman laughs at the guards who are frantically dodging Norman's last remaining pumpkin bombs.

"Hold it right there Goblin!" Norman turns to Spider-Man webbing his way through the hole in the wall Norman made to enter the building "You're the last person I wanted see" Norman yells throwing his last pumpkin bomb and hitting the wall beside Spider-Man rendering him unconscious.

"No time for you! I must make more bombs for our next meeting" Norman yells picking up the parts he needs and jetting out the open hole not realizing that in the shadows a man was watching him.

The man proceeds to follow the Green Goblin keeping in the shadows until they reach the Goblin's hideout on the docks. The man then calmly walks up to the door and knocks.

"Who in the hell could that be?" Norman asks himself putting his mask on and walking to the door. Norman opens the door to see the Chameleon. "I have a plan for you Goblin" the Chameleon says "And why should I trust you?" Norman asks "Because we both have the same goal the riddance of a certain wall crawler.

In the middle of Manhattan Norman watches on as the Chameleon takes the form of an old woman "Help!" he yells as he sees Spider-Man web sling by.

Spider-Man crawls down to see what the problem is "Are you alright" he asks the old woman "Yes I am but you're not going to be!" the Chameleon yells as he morphs back into his original form.

At that moment a pumpkin bomb flies out of a near by alley Spider-Man's spider sense tells him of the danger and he quickly dodges the bomb "The Chameleon and the Green Goblin?" Spider-Man asks, "Quit wasting your time talking it might just be your last words!" the Chameleon yells.

Spider-Man quickly starts dodging the Goblin's bombs. One hits right near his feet and he stumbles a bit. The Chameleon pulls out his gun but Spider-Man had already regained his balance and the Chameleon was webbed to the wall behind him.

"Blast!" Norman yells as he reaches for another bomb "Last one" Norman throws it directly at Spider-Man, but Spider-Man web it up and throw it back at the Green Goblin "Ahhhh" Norman screams as the bomb hits the ground near him.

"You're mine now Goblin!" Spider-Man yells. "Not this time wall crawler" Norman yells back at Spider-Man and jets off behind the cloud of smoke. Spider-Man hears the sound of distant sirens and web slings off.

The police pull up to where the fight took place and proceeded to haul off the Chameleon throwing him into the back of the squad car.

Back at the docks the Green Goblin vows to get Spider-Man because of this insult.
