<<Good Old Nanjo Koji Here >>

FANART: BRONZE This picture is a recent reworking of a pencil sketch from awhile back. This pic is considered a small job. With a ready sketch, this one takes about  12 hours to finish.

Mainly b/c, I made some mistakes in color choice and had to start over. Poor nanjo here, originally has on a red coat, which made the composition impossible, since I would like him to have red glove on too.

I rarely do fan art. I usually inadvertedly mess up some very fine characters. But nanjo here turn out all right, i guess.

The background is referenced from Minanmi Ozaki's own work, but other than that, the piece is pretty much done from memory.

I have a penchant for white-haired characters, it seems.

<< Tessen - Old Artwork 1995 >>

This is just an old artwork. Made-up character. It's actually 100% watercolor. Scanned fr. photo.

The gold part is colored in with 2 metallic pen.  Two different shades of gold from different brands. Sanford Gold Metallic Marker has a darker gold than Liquid Gold Extra Fine marker.

The katana koshirae is referenced from an actual picture from Christie's catalog.

This pic looked pretty weird to me after all these years.

Ah, forgot to mention:
The character depicted is Amphibian. Supposed to be some double-truced assasin. Can't imagine what was me thinking?

FAN ART "Noriko"
GUNBUSTER series

This is done as a commission. I just put the picture here to fill some space.^_^

This is a three day job. Only b/c I needed to figure out the color skeme. Than tackle with the airbrush stuff. Which can be a mess.

The special thing about this particular job is that it took only one sketch and that's it. Presto! It's done. Guess that's b/c i kinda liked the gal Noriko myself too. ^_^

The mermaid tail was added according to the request of the client. The trident same thing.

It's an acrylic / watercolor / airbrush /

And shhhhh....also some white-out.
(.......for the dew drops)

The original is much brighter in color.
This particular image is scanned from photograph.
