This is the family that Usagi lived with as her form on Earth. I guess they are not technically her true family, but they are her tie to a normal life.
These are Usagi's parents: Tsukino Kenji and Tsukino Ikuko. Not much is known about them other than what is shown. Kenji is very protective of Usagi-chan and was rather perturbed to learn she was romantically involved with Mamo-chan ;) typical father.... Ikuko is more easy-going, except when it comes to Usagi's grades.
This is Usagi's brother, Shingo. He is your usual younger brother: annoying, a menace to Usagi.
He hated Luna at first but Luna ended up
being part of the family. He also wanted
Sailormoon's autograph, at first thinking she was
Sailor V, then saying she was cute.
