2 egg yolk
1 tablespoon honey
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon
Pinch Salt
2 egg whites
2 - 3 drops vanilla, almond, or mint extract
Beat the egg yolks with the honey.
Add the grated lemon rind.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add a pinch of salt.
Fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the honey-custard mixture.
Add the flavoring.
Spoon into 4 small custard cups and serve.
