Gentle as a summer shower, devastating as a flood, Sailormercury is a perfect combination of gentleness and warrior spirit that truly befits her element... water. MAKE-UP! || MISTRESS OF ILLUSION The henshin sequence, or as it is more commonly known, the make-up or transformation sequence, is what transforms Ami and the rest into Sailor Senshi. As the anime progressed, Ami has used different words to transform:
Throughout the seasons, Sailormercury has also used many henshin sticks. Please go to The Laboratory for more information. In the course of the show and the manga, she has also changed Sailor fukus more than once. To find out more about this, please go to Senshi Couture. She calls them illusions. Since when did an illusion hurt so much?
Shabon Spray
This is Sailormercury's first attack, probably the most ridiculed of all. She got it as soon as she became a Sailor Senshi. It's an attack used mainly for jamming or delaying an enemy, because it appears as a mere fog and doesn't seem to hurt one bit. Still, it has its perks. It can be combined with other senshi's attacks, like Sailormoon's Moon Tiara Action and Sailormars' Fire Soul. The Shabon Spray has a power-up, and it's called Shabon Spray Freezing.
Shine Aqua Illusion
This is Sailormercury's attack in Sailor Moon R. Sailormercury twirls around gracefully, summoning up water, then she keeps both her hands in the air, the water above it. After that, she hurls it a target who gets enclosed in a big block of ice.
Mercury Aqua Mirage
This is a special attack, and it was created especially for Ami-chan no Hatsukoi, Ami's very own movie. This is the attack she used to finish the evil spirit Bonnone.
Mercury Aqua Rhapsody
This is Supersailormercury's attack. I also like this because it also shows Ami's gracefulness, though it's somehow faster than the rest. In this attack, Mercury has a harp made out of water and she plays it, sending a lot of blue projectiles toward the unfortunate target.
