I didn't make the requirements very stringent on purpose, cause I know I hate it when people pick apart my page...But that doesn't mean that I'll give tham away to just anyone!! Be a doll and please don't steal these awards...email me and they will be yours! It's just that simple!
In order for your site to be eligible for this award, it must be complete (please) and it must have more than just pictures, general information that everyone has, and webrings. In short, it must be better than my page...which shouldn't be too hard! Evidence of a little bit of research on your part, and of your opinion well surely help you here. I'm not that hard to impress! Everyone needs a little encouragement, something I wish I had when I first started out. In order for this award to be won, your page should not be complete. However, it must look like it's going somewhere. A page that would be eligible for this award would look somewhat like mine, since I am not done yet, nor even close to it.
