I work at Colliers International, a commercial real estate company. Outside work, I relax, hang out with family and friends, and enjoy my favorite hobbies.

Hobbies

Japanese Anime. The first Japanese Anime series I watched was Starblazers in the 1980s. Sailor Moon, Vision of Escaflowne, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Card Captor Sakura, Cowboy Bebop, and Maho Tsukai Tai are my all-time favorite Japanese Anime series.

Comic Strips. My favorite comic strips are Peanuts, The Duplex, Fox Trot (Jason Fox is hilarious), Garfield, Family Circus, Calvin and Hobbes, Dilbert, and The Far Side.

Exercise. My exercise regime consists of stretches, calastenics, weights, stationary bike, and the tredmill. I exercise at least twice a week.

Listening to CDs. Listening to CDs relaxes me from stress and can improve my health. A health study says listening to CDs improves the immune system. Another study says listening to classical music, especially for young children, can increase intelligent capacities. At work, I listen to CDs to make the work day go by faster. The CDs I listen are Alternative, Popular Rock, Japanese Anime, Classical, and a little Rythum and Blues.

 

Video Games. I own the Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Atari 2600, GameBoy Advance, and Pong. What did I learn at San Jose State University?

1. I learned to never stop learning. Graduating college doesn't mean to stop learning.
2. I learned everyone is different. Some people learn fast and some people learn slow. Everyone has different viewpoints and beliefs including politics, making the bed in the morning or not, and little things in life such as using cheap gas or expensive gas. Everyone has different interests and favorites including music, foods, sports, and TV shows. Everyone has different physical attributes.
3. I learned responsibility must be taken seriously. Everyone has responsibilities at work, at home, and with family and friends.
4. I learned Economics.
