    It is because of the effort that J.D. has put into G-Fan magazine that I am as involved in the world of Godzilla fandom, as I am today.  When I first found G-Fan it opended a whole new world for me, as I'm sure it did for many other G-Fans.  I continually look forward to each and every issue, and I feel that J.D. has done a great job of keeping it interesting every time.
     On top of this he is one of the key people responsible for bringing us the best Godzilla convention around, year after year.  I've seen him running around at each convention for the past four years, doing his best to make them run smoothly so that they are enjoyable for everyone.  On several occasions I was able to share a few words with him.  He was with out a doubt one of the friendliest people I have met at these conventions.  I command him for all of the work that he has done in support of the Godzilla community and I wish him the best of luck with all of his future endevors.
