Dear Alicia, Really enjoyed your Ashdom story. I finally understood the underlying meaning of Allis having to choose between Rouen and Sir Christian. I saw that it symbolized a person who had always accepted her parents' beliefs since she was young, but then there comes a time in each person's life when they must make the choice to enter into a personal relationship with their Lord with their whole heart rather than just doing what appears to be the right thing. I was so glad Allis listened to her heart! Keep up the great writing!!
Your forever friend, Nancy

I was glad to hear your review of "Prince of Egypt" –I haven't seen it yet and we have heard conflicting reports on it. Sounds pretty good for the secular movie industry, however! Fun to see the writings of my acquaintances...great job on your poem, Hollie! The jokes brought smiles and laughter –a merry heart "certainly" is good medicine! "Friends Forever" was a very touching story (nearly brought tears to my eyes...). [Elizabeth] certainly has story-writing talent, especially stories on friendship!

My dad has worked with computers for almost 20 years, and his opinion of the Y2K is that, yes, some of the older computers will have problems, but they can easily be fixed within a reasonably short amount of time. He said that most computers don't care what day it is to work. I hadn't even heard about the Y2K problem until just several months ago. But, I don't think anything will happen.

Hi Alicia, I got your magazine! It was really good. I especially liked that girl's report on the "Pride and Prejudice" music, I have wanted piano music to those movies for so long! I am going to try to find the book "Jane Austen's World". I think movie reviews would be good, it would be interesting to find out what some of the newer movies are like. We don't often go the theatre, so we don't see a lot of the newer movies. I like watching videos. Looking forward to the next issue!

Hi Alicia! :) I just wanted to write you a quick note to let you know that I enjoyed the last issue of CG!! The highlight of the issue for me was the poem, "It Takes Courage." I have never seen that before...it is EXCELLENT!! God bless. Resting in Jesus'
Love, Gretchen Louise

I really enjoyed Mary's article on modesty in the last issue. :-)
