Last night it was frosty cold, and the tide at alki was WAY WAY WAY out! it must be the full moon and the solstice?  the poles were showing where the old Luna Park  the problem with the weather reports here is --that they do not mention the WIND CHILL FACTOR which is what really makes you COLD to the bone!
