This story is I think, for everybody. This is kind of a summary to the latest RPG “Shadow Hearts” and I had given a life to it by exaggerating emotions. The story line goes the original ending or the bad ending. But of course I finished the game with a good ending. I think this would be appropriate because others don’t know how to get the better ending. This is for you all and I hope you like it. This also goes for my sister, Geline.

The best resting place is of course… the graveyard

 

            Did you ever felt that you were lost and lonely? I’ve been there and yet still suffering. I was always helpless and alone. I wanted to have somebody to talk to but they all ran away. I don’t want to talk about it anymore but I want to share my life to anyone who is willing to listen and finally give me an answer… why is this all happening?

 

            I am Yuri Hyuga. Seems to be a typical college student whose tall, has fair complexion, handsome, have a real attitude and whose only 17. But I’m not typical as it seems because I’m not a student and I wander around almost all the time. This maybe weird but I have super natural powers! Like a super hero? Maybe, but not a man who swings around and save people whose needing help. I’m just an ordinary teenager whose enjoying life but not for long. A voice keeps bothering me and I hate it! It always tells me to do this and do that! I’m likely a puppet who has life but can’t control it. Okay, okay, enough about me and my sick life. You see, I was having a restful day when the voice starts ringing in my head and I was told to save a complete stranger from trouble. I came for help, clueless and met these great people. The enemy is unbelievable beyond my powers. He is Roger Bacon. He looks formal in a black tuxedo with his black hat on. I knew from the start that he is a great magician with real powers. He was trying to abduct a gorgeous girl, who she later revealed her name… Alice Elliot. She was knocked unconscious by that guy but we managed to escape the train. 

 

            We were surely tired so we decided to rest. I was watching her sleep. She’s really pretty. Unexpected, my father appeared before me. He was wearing a mask. Oddly, he appeared and yet was dead, he came back to threaten me. I must say that I felt afraid… I really hate my father... My fear sucked me, this time… I saw myself inside a peaceful graveyard. It has colorful tombstones, a locked gate at the top right and a big door guarded by four masks. I and the masks begin to chat and they were insulting me. They told me that I have fear all over me and the monsters will haunt me forever. The malice will do the judgment… and there’s no escaping death. I didn’t believe them but as long as I have my unusual powers, I will always use it to protect Alice from Bacon. I left the graveyard and it was all likely a dream. Alice told me that I was having a nightmare. From that moment on, I realized that it will be a long journey…  

 

            We left the little rotten place and luckily found a village. This village is a little weird, they have no ladies or women inside and they just love Alice. We wander around and found a shrine filled with human skulls. The village was suddenly cursed and the people turned into monsters. We found ourselves locked inside and we met 2 people. It was Zhuzhen, who is an old man who casts away demon. The other is only a passer by. We three fought the monsters and finally defeated their god. How? I am a harmonixer. I can change my soul into different monsters of different elements. Each has different skills and powers. I’m sure enough that I’m stronger and uneasy to defeat. Where do I get it? In the graveyard, each tombstone hides much superior soul and all I got to do is to defeat it. Am I convincing? Well enough. Alice has powers too, as well as the old man. She can heal. She has the power of light and she has the bible as her weapon. Zhuzhen uses rod and uses the fire element. He can cast healing spell soon enough and even darkness. After the big fight, we were home free. We separated ways and continued our trip.

 

            We were finally at Shanghai, after all the abductions and monster fighting. Our new goal is to finish Bacon off and his sick sidekick. We would end the near end of Earth. Roger Bacon is really smart and he wants to conquer everything. But we would make it impossible for him; we will bring him down and defeat him. Before everything else, we found a new ally. We met the alluring spy, Margarette. She is on a mission and insist herself to join us. She is the best in dealing with bombs, guns and traps. With her help, she makes our job easier. After that, we furnished off Lili’s revenge. She has a sad story about her life and we totally help her to rest and vanquish her past. That is of course with the help of Zhuzhen and Sea Mama. Moving on, we tried to collect portraits of the four gods but we were tricked. We pushed ourselves through out everything and finally, we faced Bacon. The thought that we defeated him once is not enough. He was really powerful. It was too late that we realized that his utopia has finally become to life! I was really mad… how come? I would sacrifice myself just to end these all! So I raced Bacon high up in the sky. He showered us razing fire and soon burnt Shanghai down. I lost my mind and I don’t know what will happen to me or to them…

 

            I am Alice Elliot. Yuri had introduced me, right? Well, bless his soul. He is really a nice person. It’s been 3 years now and we still can’t find him. I’m working with Zhuzhen to vanquish demon. Margarette went back to France to investigate. Continuing what we had started, we went to help a cursed village. It was known that a vampire in a blue castle caused these mischiefs. So we went to the castle to find out. At the castle, after passing through mind puzzles, we finally met Keith Valentine. Yes, he is the townspeople’s suspect except for a little girl. Keith is overall tall, has white complexion and who is handsome. As a vampire, he has the power of darkness and he is uneasily to beat making him different from the rest of us who are humans. He helped us and found the real suspect. It was really the mayor of the village who caused trouble. The village had comeback to normal and we were really thanked for that. Before we continue our journey, Keith told us that every night, in the attic of his castle; he hears noises and scratches that made him rose from a very long sleep. I felt quite excited! For it might be ----… I don’t want to spoil it. I would like to find it myself. So we went at the attic and surprised to see… Yuri. It was him! He is alive! Thank the gods… I thought everything would be all right but for not for long. He doesn’t know us and his head still hurts. He then attacked us! After we hopefully defeated him, I found myself inside a… graveyard. I was terrified at first but I must face it… for Yuri. I talked to the four masks and they asked me what I am doing here! I don’t know… I just want to help Yuri, to overcome his anger and fear. They were insulting him like crazy! I was stunned… they asked me if I’m willing to risk my life? I said yes… and why is that? Because of human thing they called love? Yes. I think that I really missed him and I want to help him in every single way. So I gathered up my courage and faced Yuri after I entered the open gate at the upper right location of the graveyard. I found him digging. He was digging his grave and his father was the one who’s ordering him to. I tried to stop him but he was not reacting. I was talking with his father and it was nonsense. Like he doesn’t care about Yuri at all. He told me he’s useless and everything. I began to cry… Yuri’s father had gone mad and hit me. It was so hard that I hit the ground. Surprisingly, Yuri helped me to get up and faced his father. He told him that he wouldn’t allow him to hit mom again… I see… he can see his mother image in me. They began to fight and exchanged punches. They had a real fight and finally Yuri won against his father… no… against his fears…

 

                    Thanks to Alice, I had overcome my fears and took the courage to pick up my pace again. We decided to continue our journey gain. We straight our path and went to Rouen, France. We discovered that this is Alice’s birthplace. She was feeling unstable and went at the back of the church all by herself. I tracked her down. Suddenly, Roger Bacon appeared! Alice weakened. Bacon just wants to see me and Alice. Then he left. Margarette also came to the rescue before we were attacked by a monster. She couldn’t believe her eyes that I was… alive. Well, we entered the church and found some information about Roger Bacon. We found out that he butchered Alice’s father at the back of the church years ago who is trying to protect her. Bacon wants Alice to be the key into world destruction but she was drove away by the last train, where in she was being abducted and I came to the rescue. We later found out that Roger bacon is really a bishop and his true name is Albert Simon. The plot thickens and we were told to go to a continent where we can find more information about Albert. As soon as we got there, we saw scenery where a man was pushing 2 children to come with him. Margarette helped the children and soon, the man left. They were thankful. As we go inside the hotel to stay, we found out that the children stole all of our money. We were bound to search the children. We found out their underground hideout at last. We met Halley, one of the orphan children who insist to be adopted at the orphanage. He has extraordinary power. He has various elemental powers using the power of the mind. The other children were pushed to be at the orphanage and we promised him to help the children get free. At the orphanage, we fought monsters and finally defeated the source of evil. Halley wants to help us and find her mother as well so we continued the journey to find Albert. We find ourselves inside a mental institution. Halley told us his story. He and his mother were separated and her mother, who is actually the stupid voice ringing in my head before is actually Halley’s mother. As we defeat Albert’s minions, he took away Halley’s mother after she saved us from him. So we traveled some more to find her and set her free.

 

            At last, we were in our last destination, where in we could find a way to get to the promising monastery of Albert. An ugly looking man helped us… he was the real Roger Bacon. He really likes inventing things. He has a transporting machine to warp us high into the sky to reach the monastery with out using flying machines. After all the preparations, I noticed Alice not being herself lately. She was always quiet and she was somehow weakened by this entire journey. She won’t tell me what’s wrong. As long as she’s with me, I’m fine with that. The final day has come. We were at the fulfilling monastery at last! Albert’s days would end here… no more turning our backs now. We fought monsters in a real fight! As soon as we knocked them down, we finally faced Albert. He gave us his best shot but we can’t allow for him to reign, right? So we finished him off. But the battle is not yet over. We have to lay our hands to the earth’s greatest fear… god. Don’t get me wrong… it was only a coincidence… our enemy… god, is also immortal… but not for long. We fought our guts out and defeated him at last. And destiny has judged as all…

 

            Zhuzhen had came back to Shanghai, a newly rebirth city. Margarette is now on a vacation. Halley and his mother went to find his father. Our handsome vampire Keith has decided to sleep again in his blue castle. While Alice and I had a trip on our own. We decided to visit places we never explore yet. We rode in a train and have a short nap. I felt very happy… I felt calm… as if I was in a paradise. The ray of sunlight just fills my soul… I just want Alice and nothing more…

 

            But destiny would just flow in… she pay the price of what my soul should deserve. Yes, she had saved me from my fiercest fear… but how come I can’t save her… I was hopeless… I had never protected her form her grave… I should have known her true feelings for me… too late to save my one and truly love…

 

            I want to hide… I just want to rest… maybe one day, I’ll find myself lying… inside the graveyard… but for now… not yet.
