My turnaround time is from the time I receive your money to the time I send the tapes. It doesn't include how long it takes your money to get here, or how long it takes the tapes to get to you--I send everything either priority mail (US) or Air Mail (Canada and Mexico and the like) so when I send them, they don't take all that long to get to you anyways. This is because I will not start your order until I have money in hand (cause some things are expensive, like tapes and label paper, and I don't have the money to burn on such items). This group is run by one very very busy college student. I'm slowly aquiring all the things I need to vastly improve my turnaround time, but I'm only one woman. There are days that I get backlogged, especially when everyone requests 10 tapes and all of their money comes in on the same day/^o^\ But know this, I will shut down distribution and trade if it takes me longer than 1 month to complete your order. So never fear, if the sign says OPEN, I usually am, and rather prompt about it too (most of the time I get things out way before our turnaround time). |
