Right... First of all, here are the Japanese voices of some of the characters. Having watched the dubbed version of the series, I never knew how awful some really were... I know better, now! If anyone knows where I can find any more, particularly ones in Japanese, and especially ones with something to do with Shinji, let me know.

Here are some of the conversations b/w Shinji and Kaoru in episode 24... my favourite episode. They're in Japanese... thank God!!! Trust me, Kaoru sounds awful in English. It's the American accent... (sorry!)

These are my English ones of Shinji. The voice is done by the infamous Spike Spencer. Look, it's not that bad... (Though I must admit it's nowhere near as good as in Japanese...)

Here are more English ones, of people talking to Shinji. The first two are Kaoru... isn't the voice awful compared to the Japanese? The third one is Rei, before she and Shinji go to defeat Ramiel. The hovering cubic Angel. My favourite**... Of course, Shinji doesn't appreciate her kind farewell!

* Actually, now I've
listened to the subbed version, I know it's his English humming only. I thought they would
used the same one, but no, they had to even wreck the unnecessary. His Japanese
voice-actor doesn't hum flat.
