Journal Entry 416 I made here to earth with no problems and according to the scans many more people inhabit this planet than there are on Taus. Strange but there are some really high power levels here, I can sense this without the scouter in this ship. I hope they are not hostile at least I will show no hostility towards them here. It will be interesting to see the different things on this planet. It does look nice, but it's not as beautiful as Aiya. I'm a little excited about meeting more beings the Syll shocked me at first but they were good to me. I just hope that I can train with one of those power beings. They must be masters.
Shon might not ever get used to the landings his space ship makes. He stepped out of the craft and immediately sensed multiple incredibly large ki's. This excited him and scared him at the same time. He decided not to go looking for any of them right at that time. He decided that he would go and meet the people of this world. He stepped out of the craft and floated to the top of the crater to look at his surroundings. It looked as if he had landed in an unpopulated area. "Nothing but trees around here. Well I guess that I will just stretch and look around." Shon stretched and did a few exercises before finally taking to the air and seeing this world. He flew for a half an hour before finally deciding to kick in some speed and getting to a city to see what the people looked like. He still felt the massive ki's but he decided to ignore them for the time being. He pumped his power up and flew faster across the land. He came to the ocean and flew low to the water making big waves as he flew. He was enjoying his self. He flew higher and startled a flock of birds as he streaked by them. He flew through the cottonball clouds and laughed as he let himself fall spiraling down toward the sea. He kept spiraling downward like a crashing airplane. At the last second, he came out of his dive, skimming the water like a hovercraft. As he flew he saw a school of dolphins and flew above them as they swam their course. He felt like he did when he first learned to fly.
He flew on to a huge island that had large city on it. The buildings looked a little strange to him but this was a different world to him. He landed on a road leading to the city figuring that people of this planet couldn't fly and they probably wouldn't understand if he just landed in the middle of the city. As he landed he looked ahead to the buildings, to him they resembled the buildings of Aiya only bigger. He started towards the city.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEEEEEEEEEP! He turned around to see a vehicle bearing down on him. He flipped out of the way. "Get outta the road, ya moron!" the driver yelled. He then saw many vehicles going both ways on this large road. Better stay on the side so I don't hurt anyone. Once he got to the city his view immediately went up to the skyscraper. How can a planet as small as this have such big buildings? Buildings on Aiya and Taus are not this big. The buildings amazed him. The people walking around him were milling about doing their usual daily routines. They look like me! This is great! This is going to be easy!
Shon walked oblivious of the time totally astounded by the size of the city. He greeted people and some returned it politely others looked at him as if he was insane but for the most part no one notice him.
BOOM! RIIIIIIIIIIIIING! "HELP! POLICE! HELP! HELP!" BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! "Where's the Car!" "That Moron! I'll kill'im C'mon this way!"
Shon turned around to see a group of three men running from a building each was holding a bag in one hand and a gun in the other. The largest one turns around and fires of a barrage of bullets and at the building that he came from. They were heading in Shon's direction. People were scattering everywhere trying to get away from the gunfire. Shon stood there with a sour look on his face as he saw a small child on the ground bleeding from a bullet wound. He powered up and stood his ground. The robbers ran toward him. They saw an unarmed man standing as if he was going to going to stop them. The lead robber started shooting at him. Shon moved fast and caught the bullets with his hands and charged toward them. As they met the lead robber tried to swing at him but hit air and felt his jaw shatter as he hit the building. The second one never even knew what hit him. His stomach felt like it was in his throat as he buckled. And the larger one turned to see a foot crashing in to his face. Shon landed immediately turning around in a defensive position ready to defend himself. He relaxed his stance as he saw his all three criminals were unconscious and lifeless. Maybe I shouldn't have hit them so hard I might have killed them.
When the guards and the police arrived at the site they drew their weapons and pointed them at the downed bandits. "What happened to these guys?" one of the officers asked. "Officer it was unbelievable," a young woman shouted to the officer who was standing right next to him. Pointing as Shon she continued, "this man stopped them cold! It was amazing! He caught the bullets that they fired at him and WHOOSH! He ran up to them and WHACK! He planted that one's head into the wall then POW! He hit that one in the gut then, CRACK! He kicked that one in the jaw! It was the most amazing thing that I have ever seen! This guy is a hero!" Shon just stood there looking at the would-be bank robbers with a somber expression.
"You say he caught bullets, huh" the officer looked at Shon with doubt in his eye. Shon's gaze remained on the three. "Its true! It's true I tell ya! Look at his hands. They're still in fists ask him to open them and you'll see." People were crowded around the scene.
Another officer came up and took charge of the scene.
"Alright I want these people clear from this place. James, Green, you two start asking questions and you I want an ambulance for these guys and I wanna know who did this to them. Now people! Move!" He walked to the officer that was talking to the young woman, hearing the tail end of what she was saying. "Ask who to open his hands?" The officer stood at attention. "Sir, this woman claims that that man," pointing at Shon, "that he caught rounds from an automatic weapon one of the perpetrators was carrying and beat them senseless." The new officer looked at Shon standing there and he could tell that there was something wrong.
The detective walked to Shon and looked at his clenched fists.
"How ya doin'."
Shon gave no answer.
"Hey!" Shon woke from his daze to see someone looking at him. "Huh?"
"I said How ya doin'?"
"Oh. I'm fine"
"What's your name, kid?"
"Shon Yun."
"So what happened here, Shon?"
"I stopped those men because they hurt a child."
"You did a good thing, Shon Yun. You just stopped a bank robbery. But I have a question for you. What's in your hands?"
He held out his hand.
"My hands? Oh these, what ever they are." Shon poured the slugs into his hand.
The detective stood with his mouth open in disbelief.
"Uh, you need to come with me."
"Why?"
"I need to ask you some questions."
"Why can't you ask me here?"
"Because people will want to talk to you and bother you and I have to make a report about this and since I have not a thing to do this afternoon I wanna know how you caught those bullets that were traveling faster the speed of sound."
Shon started getting nervous and was beginning to think that it was a mistake. "I don't think so. I just wanna go."
"But I have to make a report. And how am I gonna do that if I cant find you? Tell ya what. I'll give you my card and you call me when you get yourself together." Shon accepted the card and started to walk away but was stopped cold by a whole bunch of people thanking him, people flashing cameras and asking questions.
He started looking around nervously. This was more people than he had ever seen in one place before. They backed him into at the crowd of police that were working at the scene. I gotta get outta here. He phased out of site reappearing on a building away from the crowd of people.
"Whew! That was a bit much." He sat on the edge of the building and looked down on the street to where he was just at looking at the people trying to find him. He sensed one of the strong powers near by. It was massive and one of the lower ones was near as well. He looked around to see which direction it was in. It was coming from the east. It's too soon to deal with them now. Maybe I'll go over there to see where he is just so I know. He started to fly in that direction.
Man why do I have to train now I got a date later and I don't wanna be sore. He dodged his father's hard left barely and was plowed by an even harder right. He hit the steel floor and dodged a ki blast as it ricocheted off of the floor and followed him. He countered the blast with his own and was smacked back to the floor.
"Dad, why do I have to train?" "Because I said so. Now get up!" Vegeta powered up and attacked Trunks. He smiled and went Super Saiyajin and resumed the fight. Vegeta stayed at normal as he attacked his son. He smirked and kept attacking. Trunks dodged his father's attacks easily. They split from the combat and stood in defensive stances. "This is getting boring, dad," Trunks stated and he looked to the ceiling. Vegeta's smile went away and he went Super Saiyajin 2 and punched hard Trunks imbedding him into the wall making him turn back to normal. "Humph. Train more." He suddenly caught the same spark that distracted Trunks and looked to the ceiling. It was fading away. He looked to his son and stood in a defensive posture. "Get up and come on or should I just train Bra?" Trunks powered up and attacked headlong which is what Vegeta wanted.
Shon stopped above this building and the power was staggering. He floated above the place for a few minutes looking down. The place was massive and there seemed to be noise coming from the smaller building beside it. At least I know where this one is. What's this? A green-haired female walked from the smaller building and stopped at this machine. It looked like she was working on it. The higher of the two power levels increased even more. It was so exciting to Shon that it scared him. He powered up and flew off to he east. Wow! I hope he didn't sense me I don't wanna fight him. That's way too strong for me now.
Master Roshi walked from the kitchen with a glass of iced tea and sat in his easy chair. Picking up his remote control he began flipping through the channels. There were no aerobic workout shows on at this time of the day and he went through his collection of magazines earlier in the morning but still he wanted to watch TV.
"Good afternoon. I'm Jan Mishima and this is the news. A concerned citizen stopped a bank robbery this morning. The manager on the Bank of Misato was thankful that the money was recovered and wanted to thank the young man that stopped the robbery but he vanished without a trace before the eyes of the people that in the area. Susan Chan is on the scene with more details. Susan?"
"Thank you, Jan. This morning at 10:45am the alarms were blaring as these three men," showing the criminals' mugshots, "were exiting the bank of Misato carrying 500,000 zenni and were stopped by one young man. Witnesses say that this young man caught bullets from a automatic weapon that one of the robbers was carrying and I must say, Jan, I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes." They cued up a video of what took place. Master Roshi spit his drink as he saw the young man. The only thing different about him was the brown sash that was around his waist on top of the Red waistband he ha on. But it wasn't a sash and Roshi knew that it would mean for the entire planet.
The Saiyajin had come to earth again. This could be bad, real bad.
"This is an amateur video shot during the crime as it took place and as you can see as it is slowed down the young man literally caught all the bullets that were fired at him. Quite an amazing feet as you can see. No one seems to know who the young man is or where he has gone. But he definitely has the thanks of the Misato bank and the people of the city. There was one casualty and one fatality in the whole incident. The names of the two parties have been withheld. Until the families have been notified. I'm Susan Chan reporting."
