Step 1
Start off by drawing a circle, this will be Krillins head. Draw the face and jaw coming off of the circle, below the jaw draw the neck and shoulders. Draw guidelines for the eyes, and a guideline going vertical through the middle of the head, used for centering. (This should all be drawn very lightly)

Step 2
Draw the eyes and the eyebrows. (Use the guides) Draw two small lines below the eyes, on the vertical guide, this is the mouth. Draw the outline for the ears, starting at the top of the eyebrows.
