Why Should You Contact Us?
If you find on the site some broken links:
You clicked on a title or on a sentence and you obtained an error code 404 or you found that the page has moved. Thank you for let us know for which address URL was the broken link, so we will be able to fix it as soon as possible.
If you have trouble to submit your site:
You tried to use the submission form but you had trouble to sign in and be added on the queue list. In that case you can email us all the information that we asked you. We will give you a password which you will be able to change, once we enter all the information about your site. We are sorry about the problem and we will rapidly fix the bug in our site.
If you find a description of a site which is not correct:
JROCK-france Ring is not responsible for the contents of the members' sites. Nevertheless, if you find an existing site and you feel that it should not belong to the ring, please contact us and let us know why you think that the website goes against the ring policy. We will reevaluate the site and take a decision about the fact that the site should stay or not in the ring.

JROCK-france Ring is not reponsible for any of the sites which can be acceded from some links. All the links where given by members, and JROCK-france Ring does not have a direct access to those links. By the way JROCK-france Ring is not responsible if something happens to your site. You are the only one who can modify it, so the problems will be yours.

If you have problems with copyrights with one of our member, contact directly this member. This is not our problem. We will not give you any information about the member. Our policy is to first respect our members. Consequently, the privacy of our members will be respected.
