Trial Program - Offered through this web site is a comprehensive trial progam for $19.95. This two week period includes a FREE Black Belt Uniform.

 

For Adults -Tae Kwon-Do helps with stress management, mental relaxation and provides a total physical workout.

 

For Children - Tae Kwon-Do refines attributes such as self-confidence, self-discipline, self-respect and the ability to resist negative peer pressure.
