Belial is a character of Angel Sanctuary, a manga by Kaori
Yuki. I know very few things about him because I "read" the manga only in
Japanese, and it's really complex!!! I'm not even sure that his name is Belial.... Well, anyway, Belial is a kind of demon. He's a gore version of the Mad Hatter, I mean with a great sense of humour but very bloody!!! He seems very powerful, but I don't know what his real role in the story is...
