Project A 2 Review

Project A 2 is the sequel to the 1983 movie Jackie Chan directed. Project A 2 has been called a homage to Buster Keaton, and is basically is just that. He did the exact same stunt as Buster did in Steamboat Bill Jr. where a side of a building falls and he just escapes being squashed by a single window. The plot of Project A 2 is that Jackie Chan is back as Dragon Ma, and is now the Super-Intendent of the more crime-filled part of Hong Kong. He eventually finds that the previous Super-Intendent of his territory is just helping other criminals and commiting crimes himself. Dragon needs to bust the biggest gangsters in Hong Kong, and, in his usual heroic way, must rid Hong Kong of all criminals and gangsters which leads up to an awesome ending.

Project A 2 is definetly one of Jackie's best. He directed this movie, however without the help of big brother Sammo Hung, and neither him nor Yuen Biao appear in the film. Overall, this movie is a heart-stopping adventure from beginning to end, with a good script. I give this movie a 9.5 out of 10.
