
	“What’s going on Usagi-chan.”
	“I guess I have to tell youˇ”
	“Have to tell me? I don’t know if I want to hear this.”
	“I figured my feelings out. I don’t love Mamoru-san.”
	“Na ne?! That’s ridiculous. Of course you love him.”
	“No Luna. I don’t and I think your taking it way to hard.”
	“No, this is a dream a bad dream.”
	“No it’s reality. Face it. Gomen.”
	

	“Usagi-chan?”
	“Hai, Seiya-kun?”
	“Would you like to go to a movie today?”
	“I would love to. Which one?”
	“I was thinking about seeing that American one. They released the subtitled 
version.  What do you think? Or we could see that new animated movie. You know the 
one by Sonada-san. I think it’s called bubble gum crisis. ***Author note- wah I don’t 
know don’t get mad. I just don’t know Japan movies*** I think it a movie.”
	“Seen both of them. Minako went on a cinema rampage after the battle. Every day 
she had to see a new one. What got me was when we had to see those English movies 
raw. My head hurt for 2 hour. She thought they were good. I thought she was insane to 
see them raw. I think I saw every subtitled movie. Including those awful 60’s movies. 
Blech.”
	“I know we have a wide variety of movies at our apartment. Why don’t we just 
watch some.”
	“That sounds good.”
	

	She was looking through the video collection. She finally decided to watch an 
anime she never saw. She put the tape in, then sat down on the couch next to Seiya. The 
opening started. She liked the tune. She was a little confused at first. 
	“Wow it’s like a soap.”
	“Yes, the plot has many twists. It’s was pretty popular.”
	“Was? How old is this thing?”
	“It’s ended like a couple months ago I think.”
	“Ohˇ”
	She was quite for an hour. Seiya looked over and noticed she was sleeping. She 
then rested her head on his shoulder. He didn’t want to disturb her so he just flipped 
around the channels. He liked this. He really liked her. She was so cute. The he realized 
he couldn’t get up if she was asleep. Just then, Taiki and Yaten came back from meting 
Ami and Minako at the library.
	“Guys,” he whispered.
	“What?” asked Yaten.
	“Help me, she’s asleep and I can’t get up because her heads on my shoulder.”
	“Gee, I don’t know. Lets see have I helped him out this week?”
	“I have. It’s not my turn. I lent him money, remember Yaten.” Taiki said.
	“Oh yes and he fixed me up with Minako. I think fixing people up is wrong.”
	“Come onˇ Please?”
	“Nope,” They said.
	“Your real friends,” He said sarcastically.
	“We know,” Yaten said.
	They just walked into the kitchen. He looked over at her and smile. It was 6pm so 
he decided to wake her.
	“Onadago? Wake up,” He sad.
	“Five more minutes mom,” She replied.
	“Come on Usagi-chan. Please wake up?”
	“Fine I’ll be down in a minute,” She replied sleepily.
	“Usagi. I think you better get up.”
	“Okay,”
	She opened her eyes.
	“Oh did I fall asleep?”
	“Yes.”
	“Oh my.” 
	“Do you want something to drink?”
	“No I have to get going anyway.”
	“Okay.”
	She left. Seiya just stared off into oblivion. Taiki came in with an empty glass. 
	“You know you should pick up after yourself. Hello Earth to Seiya. Hey guess 
what we’re touring for a year in Taiwan. Then we’re going to shoot you.”
	“That’s nice Taiki.”
	“Oh no, he’s been shot by cupid. WE have to do something,” Yaten said.
	“I think I’m loosing him. Give me another 500 volts.”
	“Not another one. Not this week. We can’t have it. We have to kill cupid. Except 
he got us too. You are just as bad Taiki. Well not as bad, but a little better.”
	“Oh come on I saw those note books. I Heart M*I*N*A*K*O”
	“Shut up.”
	“What are you guys arguing about.” Seiya complained.
	They just sighed. The walked away. It was no fun picking on him when he 
realized it.
	

	“Did I get any calls mom?”
	“Mamoru called,” She smiled cheerfully.
	“Okay.”
	I have to tell him. I don’t know how. I don’t know if I should yet...
	“Oh Usagi Minako-chan called.”
	“Okay.”
	Now that was better news. She could say she didn’t call him because she was 
talking with Minako-chan. She dialed the number.
	“Minako-chan? Fine. Why did you call?” Really? He likes you? How do you 
know? Well of course, I don’t look at his notebooks. I heart Minako? Wow who ever 
thought you would be dating a singer of a famous group. Well of course, I’m not going 
out. How could you suggest I was going out with Seiya-kun?! He’s just a friend. Na ne? 
Stop being so ecchi. How did you find out? Baka of course not. I’m not like that and you 
know it.”
	She hung the phone up on Minako. 
	I can’t believe she even mentions such thing. It’s like she knows too much. Blech 
Seiya-kun and me. We’re just really good friends. He’s always been there for me and 
saved me. Looked out for me.
	She felt the color go to her face. She decided not to think about it anymore.


	“So what you guy’s thinking about?” Usagi asked.
	They were sitting in the crown.
	“I think you should go out with Seiya-kun,” Minako said.
	Rei hit her over the head.
	“Minako-chan, how you even suggest something like that. Especially in public,” 
Ami stated.
	“Easy Ami you think of it then you suggest it.”
	“That’s not what I meant.”
	“Konnichi wa,” Matoki said.
	“Oh hi Matoki,” Usagi said.
	“So what’s new? How’s Mamoru?”
	“I don’t know get off my back!”
	She ran outside.
	“What’s wrong with her?”
	“It’s her whim. She forgot to call him back last night,” Rei said.
	“How do you know?” asked Makoto.
	“Late night fire readings, It’s like a soap okay. Get off my back!” Rei said.
	She walked out. She saw Usagi sitting on the curb. You could see it in her eye’s 
she was guilty. 
	“Usagi-chan, I know you’re feeling guilty. Guess what! There’s a party coming 
up. Guess who is going to ask you. Well I’m not saying but lets say I heard from an 
insider.”
	“Rei-chan. Do I like Seiya-kun more than a friend. Am I going to wind up with 
Seiya-kun?”
	“Yes. You are. I saw it last night. So face you future. You’re burying your 
feelings inside of you. Right on time.”
	“Na ne?”
	“Hi Seiya-kun,” She said without looking up.
	“How did you know?” he asked.
	“I know all.”
	Rei got up.
	“Ja Usagi. I gotta go work.”
	“Ja. Rei-chans so nice. She sometimes act’s mean, demo deep down inside she’s 
really sweet.”
	She just stared deeply into his eyes. She loved him. They both could see it at that 
moment. Yaten came behind Seiya. He pushed him and he fell. 
	“Baka. I swear Yaten. What the hell was that for.”
	“Just because your you. I guess.”
	He walked into the crown. Minako ran up to him. 
	“Don’t you think we make a good couple,” Minako said.
	“I don’t know. Well let’s see. Ami I think we should analyze this situation.”
	“I agree with you Makoto. Let’s see.”
	“First they’re not the best students.”
	“And they can be a little stingy sometimes.”
	“They eat a lot. Don’t forget they’re not the most politest.”
	“So over all you are Minako. Isn’t that wonderful?” Ami asked.
	“You’re so mean,” She cried.
	She cried into Yaten. He just sighed.
	Arigato minna. Hehehe. She thought
	

	“What do you want to do?” 
	“Dunnoˇ what are you thinking about Usagi-chan?”
	“Thingsˇ”
	“Important things?”
	“Nope. Nothing extremely important. Just that test. Are you Seiya?”
	“Sorta.”
	“Na ne?”	
	“You.”
	She blushed. She wondered what it meant.
	 Is he wondering to ask me out? Does he like me? Do I like him? Yesˇ Does He 
like me? 
	“Well duh,” she said aloud.
	“Well duh what?”
	“Oh did I say that out loud?”
	“Hai.”
	“Oh my.”
	“Onadagoˇ I know this might be to soon to ask demo,”
	“Na ne? Na ne? Na ne?”
	“Would you like me to get some lunch for you now?”
	“Hai,” she said a little disappointed.
	“What’s the matter?”
	“Nothing Nothing why?”
	“Why are you so jumpy?”
	“No reason. I have to keep on my toes. It’s so quite here. Too quite. It’s my 
instincts I guess.”
	“Quite is always good.”
	They walked to the crown. They saw Makoto alone, in the window. They walked 
in.
	“Mako-chan, hi!”
	“Usagi nice to see you. Sit down.” 
	“Arigato.” 
	A waitress came over. 
	“Can I get you anything?” she asked. 
	“Yes I would like 3 pizza’s.”
	“Okay.”
	She left. 
	“You’re not going to eat all of those right?” Seiya asked.
	“No I left one for you and Mako-chan to split.”
	“Seiya-kun?” Makoto asked.
	“Na ne?”
	“Taiki seems a little bit odd lately.”
	“Yea he’s actually learned to relax and have fun. I think he’s been hanging around 
Yaten to much.”
	Makoto sighed. 
	“What’s wrong Mako-chan?” Usagi asked.
	“Nothing nothingˇ”
	“Your pizza’s.”
	Usagi finished two pizzas. Seiya and Makoto had one. Then Usagi ordered an ice 
cream Sunday. Makoto left. Seiya paid the bill.
	“Usagi-chan, There is something on my mindˇ” He asked when they left.
	“Na ne?” She asked.
	They stopped dead in their tracks. 
	“Well I know that this might be too soon. I really like you. That’s why I came 
back. I want you to be my girlfriend.”
	“Oh Seiya Iˇ”
	“She won’t,” Said a voice.
	They turned quickly.
