The leader of the Negaverse, she works for the resurrection of their governor- Queen Metalia. She directs the four generals...and eventually kills them!
Jadeite
He is the first of the four generals. His mission was to collect human energy. He discovered the identities of Sailor Moon, Mercury, and Mars, but Queen Beryl was too impatient to listen and killed him in the middle of his sentence. Real nice, huh?
Nephrite
The second general! He took over Jadeite's mission, and also failed while in love with one of Serena's classmates, Molly. He was killed by Zoisite.
Zoisite
The third general that killed Nephrite's mission was to get the ginzuishou- a crystal with a large amount of power. I think they're also called the 7 rainbow crystals. One, she got from "game machine joe", Lita's ex-crush in the episode where Sailor Jupiter makes her debut appearence. She also killed Tuxedo Mask to get his rainbow crystal before she herself was killed by Quen Beryl.

Malachite
The fourth and last general, in love with Zoisite, was hurt badly by Zoisite's death, remained faithful to Queen Beryl. The Sailor Scouts defeated him in "Day of Destiny".
