No one really visits her except for Chibiusa who travels back and forth in time often,
and calls her "Puu." She has one of the three tailsmans that form the holy grail.
The Garnet Orb. She is ties in the running for the most powerful Sailor
Senshi with SailorSaturn. SailorSaturn can destroy the world, but
SailorPluto can use her forbidden attack to stop time.
She has only used this attack once to save
Uranus and Neptune and was sent
away for breaking the
time taboo.

Not much is known about Sailor Pluto except that she is the gaurdian of the passage that allows one to travel in time. This is how Rini was able to travel back in time to find help to fight in the Dark Moon's attack on Crystal Tokyo. As Meiou Setsuna she someday wishes to become a designer.
