The concert was drawing to a close. D.H. and D.J. were very close to world domination. There was only one thing left to do.
"READY, D.J.?" asked D.H. via his computerised arm. D.J. received the message on his keyboard and winked at D.H. He picked up his guitar and twisted the tuning knobs, turning the guitar into a laser gun. D.J. aimed the guitar at the back-up band and strummed all the strings. A red beam shot out from the guitar, flying over the back-up band, placing them in a trance.
"Back-up band done, D.H.," said D.J. "What next?"
"The audience," replied D.H. "Start shooting!" The beam had covered about two-thirds of the audience when from out of the blue…
"Put that thing down, D.J.!" yelled Darren and Daniel. D.H. and D.J. were infuriated. How did their prisoners escape this time?
"Make us," said D.H. "Slaves, destroy them!" Everyone ran up to the stage, the only thought in their minds being 'Destroy'.
"Remember, the blue-coloured ones are the enemy!" said D.J., referring to Darren and Daniel, who were both wearing blue. The robots, meanwhile, were wearing black. The Savage Garden duo was trying to avoid the rampaging people when Daniel remembered something important.
"Hey, the robots did say 'destroy the blue'," noted Daniel. Darren was confused.
"What does THAT have to do with anything?" asked Darren.
"The only thing that's differentiating us from them are our blue T-shirts," said Daniel. "So all we have to do is…"
"WHAT?" interrupted Darren. "You must be out of your head!"
"It's our only chance," replied Daniel. "Let's do it!" The men removed their T-shirts and slipped them over the robots. The hypnotised people saw the blue-clad clones and stormed towards them.
"No…wait…not us, them!" yelled D.H. It was of no use, as their 'slaves' attacked the robot clones, leaving a mass of metal and wires. All of a sudden, everyone felt like they have awakened from a drunken stupor.
"What…what happened?" asked a dazed Elisa. She almost felt like fainting.
"Long story," said Daniel. "Thank God it's over."
"Yeah, or else who knows what they might be up to next," continued Darren.
"Or else WHO might be up to WHAT?" asked Anna-Maria.
"We'll tell you later," said Leonie. "Come on, let's go in and get some rest." As the Savage Garden gang walked backstage, the audience went back home, with only a faint memory of what has just been.
